March 2005

March was a quiet month in the North West and as a result I spent most of my time photographing ducks at various places. Bird of the month for me was without doubt the winter plumaged Slavonian Grebe, a stunning bird even with its 'drab' winter coat on! An extra bonus was being able to get so close.
